Account Policies

TorusNekotopia Plusprovides free VPN access to the retro computing community. To keep the service sustainable and fair for everyone, we have a few simple policies.

Free Account Access

Standard and Pro tier accounts are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basisbasis. and are subject to approval.

Once approved, free-useThese accounts willrequire remainapproval because we have limited capacity for higher bandwidth tiers.

Keeping Your Account Active

Your free account remains valid unless:as long as you:

  • TheStay useractive fails— Log in at least once every 6 months
  • Play fair — Don't consistently exceed your bandwidth allocation
  • Follow the rules — Comply with our Terms of Service

How Seat Allocation Works

We have a limited number of Pro and Standard tier "seats" available. Here's how allocation works:

  1. First come, first served — Apply early for the best chance of approval
  2. Active users have priority — Inactive accounts may be downgraded if seats are needed
  3. Supporters get preference — Ko-Fi supporters receive priority for limited seats
